1996

First Brand

The company takes its first steps in the field of wooden cutlery, specializing in the production of high-quality wooden disposable cutlery. In the beginning, our company started this legendary journey with a deep love and perseverance for wooden handicrafts. We specialize in the production of high-quality wooden disposable tableware, each product incorporating the essence of traditional craftsmanship and modern design. With environmental protection at the core of our philosophy, we insist on using renewable wood to ensure that our products are both beautiful and environmentally friendly. At first, our product line was relatively simple, including chopsticks, forks and spoons, but each piece was carefully crafted to perfection.

1997

Rising Period

With the growing market demand, we joined hands with our Taiwanese partner to establish Dalian Huaying Yada Wood Co.,Ltd. The establishment of this joint venture marked the beginning of a new phase of large-scale production. Through the co-operation, we introduced advanced production technology and management experience, and our wooden tableware began to occupy a place in the domestic and international markets. Our team has also gradually expanded from a few people to dozens of people, each member is full of enthusiasm and contributes to the development of the company.

1999

Market Expansion

Market Expansion: Successful expansion of our product line to include ice-cream sticks and coffee stirrers to meet the diversified needs of the market.

With the successful expansion of our product line, we ventured into new areas - the production of ice-cream sticks and coffee stirrers. These new products quickly gained market recognition and significantly enhanced our brand influence. We actively participate in various exhibitions to establish contacts with customers at home and abroad, and continue to expand our sales channels. At the same time, we also focus on the development of the online market, through the establishment of an official website and e-commerce platform, to promote our products to a wider market.

Facility upgrades

In order to keep up with the growing demand for orders, we invested heavily in modernizing our manufacturing and warehousing units. The newly constructed plants were equipped with advanced production equipment and technology to improve production efficiency, while the renovated warehouses optimized storage conditions and logistical efficiency to ensure that products could be delivered to customers quickly and accurately. In addition, we have strengthened our quality management system and strictly controlled every step from raw material procurement to finished product shipment to ensure stable and reliable product quality.

At the same time, we have optimized our production processes to reduce waste water and emissions. We actively participate in various environmental protection activities and public welfare projects to promote the concern and support of the whole society for environmental protection.

In order to better adapt to the needs and standards of the international market, we initiated the process of testing and certifying our products and obtaining various international qualifications. Products that have passed some international standard certifications have successfully entered high-end markets such as Europe and the United States, and have won extensive praise and recognition from customers. We established a log processing and semi-finished products production base in overseas, ensuring stability and cost-effectiveness in the supply of raw materials. The newly built automated production plants in Dalian and Fujian were officially put into operation, significantly increasing capacity and production efficiency. These two efficient and modernised bases not only speed up order processing, but also improve the stability of product quality. Meanwhile, we also strengthened the optimisation and management of the production process, and established a strict quality control system and a safe production system to ensure that every step of the process meets high standards.

The introduction of the ERP system was a major milestone in the company's history. The implementation of the system has optimised the allocation and management of corporate resources and improved overall operational efficiency, enabling every aspect of the business to operate precisely and efficiently. We have also strengthened the application and management of information technology and established a comprehensive information system and data analysis platform to provide scientific basis and data support for decision-making.

Upgrade and Iteration

Invested in a 3,000 square metres class 100,000 dust-free workshop in Dalian and a 42,000 square metres factory in Fujian have been officially put into mass production. These new factories are equipped with the industry's most advanced production equipment and anodised systems, fine-tuned management, and upgraded production efficiency and quality control to a new level, driving the company to continue to maintain its leading position in the wooden tableware manufacturing industry. At the same time, we have also strengthened the training and management of our staff, improving their professional skills and quality level to ensure that they are capable of performing more demanding jobs.
