Overseas Birch Raw Material And Production Base
Our overseas production base has 10 modern production lines. We have the latest technology at hand: 3 advanced polishing machines, 4 sorting systems, 40 fiber optic pre-selection devices, 60 machines for surface processing, and 10 high-resolution image selection machines with 1.3 million pixels. We owned a large bamboo forest of 10000 hectares and 42000 square meter factory in Nanping Fujian, China, equipped with a national pioneer in highly automated and intelligent pre-product bamboo processing lines. From Moso bamboo enters the workshop to the shaping of bamboo strips, we utilize intelligent machine vision and AI-powered image inspection technology.
